Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Mike - your splits comparison is more than a bit geeky; it makes John Kynaston's fantastic race stats look brief. I'm especially pleased about the section between Alyth and Blairgowrie where I was only a few minutes down on Mr Giblin's split time. Perhaps he got lost in the Den.
Great info anyway, thanks.
BTW - did anyone else suffer from work motivation issues this morning?

Aye - welcome to Fetchland Madge!

My brain now hurts from looking at Mike's Rastafarian stats. But... think I've got it now. Question to the Blairgowrie marshalls (including the race director, etc. [you're all brilliant, by the way!]) - did the Pauls arrive together??? The split time for Paul Giblin at Blairgowrie just doesn't fit how he was running, or the split time for BoC afterwards (which would have been 7 minute miles for miles 31 to 38 after 12 minute miles from Alyth to Blairgowrie for miles 26 to 31).

I better get a beer before trying to look at them again. :-)

there was a mistake in the Blairgowrie time (the 2 pauls times the wrong way round) should be sorted now on the geeky sheet, other one will be sorted soon.

Paul G came in quite a few mins before Paul H (presume that's what's now been corrected?) And he was in and out of checkpoint very quickly too. Obv Paul H pulled out there, as you know. :-)G
