Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It was really interesting, Stathis is a nice guy, he remembered you, well at least he remembered your name! I had forgotten your surname but he knew it! Pleased to say that so far my heart looks in tip top condition, wish the same could be said for my two sisters that have both had sent fitted. Looking forward to the next session, must say the VO2 was good then all of a sudden not so good haha šŸ˜‚

He is a lovely guy.
I’m probably just a name connected to lots of statistics for him :)

I was nervous of the VO2 to start off with (not keen on the mask) but was really determined to push it as hard as I could (middle aged pride)
I bet you did brilliantly :)

The CAT scan on visit 2 is a weird feeling but I found it strangely relaxing.

At the GP to discuss Stathis' and my local cardia centre findings, I have successfully managed to lower my cholesterol, wondering if that makes any difference to the build up I already have in my artery, really don't want to go down the statins route like my sisters and brothers...

Got something to say?
