Still 270+ at Cambridge today. Hopefully will be along next week or week after - I think I ran next to that park on Nightjar's Clanger run

I will have to get myself to this one sometime soon. Was timing at MK today - a bit like the old days with 158 runners (race for life on today as well)

Just checked my official result. I posted yesterday that I was 2 seconds outside my pb - bugger. In fact I was 1 second outside - double bugger!!!!

Once again thanks to the organisers, volunteers and supporters.

You're quite right Brian - the 16 mile route did come down Cemetary Hill and then into the park. You'd have done about 200m of the parkrun course in the other direction.

Photos linked to on previous page (Kodak site) were taken by Phil of Bedford Harriers. Takes "casual" photos at quite a few races for us. Explains why there is a predominance of Bedford Harriers in them!

Is anyone going this weekend? I am tempted by the fact that looking at the results from last week I could have got in the top 5 women, and this week the weather is forecast bad and it isn't the openeing week so hopefully there will be fewer people there!

Go for it pootle. I am the current world record holder of the 40-45 women at Bedford Parkrun, and I ran 28.16 (or something) with a buggy! :-) I hope the turnout is just as good as last week though.
