I just wouldn't physically have the strength to do most of those, especially the stuff on the bars and the variety of press ups.
I have a confession to make. I skipped today's workout and did an hour on my turbo instead. It surprised me how fresh my legs felt, but that's probably because I have had quite an easy few days Insanity wise. Also I spent an hour and a half at the vets today so less time to train. Got to be really organised with my time for the rest of the week now as I am on nights.

Did fit test today Then Max Interval Circuit didn't like it atall, maybe it would be more bearable if it wasn't an hour long, I just found it really hard mentally. I think I was pretty burnt out after the fit test and although heart rate wasn't particularly high and I wasn't really out of breath, I just felt completely drained of energy and couldn't bring myself to 'Dig Deeper'. I spent a lot of time just watching the screen and every time Shaun T started counting down the last 4 seconds I found myself thinking that it would take me that long to get off the floor so I may as well stop now. Some of the exercises were just too tough and I found he was talking as if I had already been through it and I was struggling to see what to do, especially when doing the floor exercises as not easy to look at screen at the same time. Very disheartening and I'm not sure I can put myself through that after a 12 hour shift especially as I have four in a row and for those of you who don't know, I usually get up for work about 4.15am and am not able to start the workout until nearly 8pm, also my job is fairly physical and by the time I get home I'm pretty knackered anyway. 40 or so minutes - not a problem with a bit of organisati

Oops, knocked submit by mistake.
As I was saying ...
40 minutes, not a problem with a bit of organisation but I think if the next 3 workouts areanything like this one, I might bail and go back to the other workouts, at least til after my holiday

Doing Max Interval Circuit straight after Fit Test is a bit mental. I think you'd be best doing the first 4 weeks stuff, focus on the turbo and getting on their daily for 1+ hours a day so sit bones ready for hols, then commit to next phase of Insanity after your hols.

I only did them both because that's what the schedule says do, I wasn't expecting to feel like I did. Felt ok for the fit test but then the clock seemed to be counting down so slowly and I just didn't feel like I had the strength in my legs to do some of the stuff. I think I will take this week as it comes and just do what I feel able to do, no actual idea of what that might be but hey ho, it's a 72 hour working week starting tomorrow so I think I will be needing some sort of recovery week just to recover from all that lack of sleep.
