Not getting injured is high on my list. Definitely feels like niggles last longer now I’m in my 50s.

Yep, there are definitely more aches and niggles and little surprises from this 53 year old body than there were when it was 39. Staying healthy is probably the biggest factor in getting fitter these days.

That’ll be 120kg

That’ll be 92kg

That’ll be 120kg & 92kg

That’ll be 212kg of plates & chains in hand, off the deck

Good lord, man. Couldn’t you just buy a forklift?😉

That’s not a bad idea, would save the near fainting after the lift.

Blimey, nice going HK, is there an aim or purpose?

Or just more :-)

Thanks guys 😀.
lammo there is an ultimate aim but I want to keep that under wraps for now. Short term it’s buy some more steel plates to free up space on the pins, so I can lift more weight. Long term it’s 200kg on the big pin & 166 on the small. Good luck getting to the gym tonight.
