Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I did think about that a while back but then forgot Neilio.

Several times.

Unless told otherwise I believe the run is still on tonight.

I shall be planting up hyacinth bulbs.

Good idea Neilio.

Huntsman, I always feel awful after going to bed early/sleeping through the night, not sure why.

We are on our hollibobs, first day we just stayed in Cardiff, yesterday we got the train up to Shrewsbury for a couple of days. I did a pathetically small run this morning (1.4 miles!), we have done lots of walking today, but have also been earning and drinking too much the last couple of days, a pattern I'm sure will continue today :-)

After reading that some bloke ran Leg 12 (19.67 miles) at 5:33 minute/mile pace :-o I was feeling a bit inadequate...

Then I looked at every runner for RNR, sorted by WAVA, and I was nearly in the middle on page 9 of 18. And started feeling better :)

With no talent being average is a great attainment.

bang on Rich, I'm always waiting to be called in :-)

saw 8, yes 8 people out running this morning - nice to see, some young ads were doing the Rocky Balboa running up and down the steps of the town hall and sprinting between lamp posts

7 miles in drizzle / rain / drizzle - quite enjoyable.

Is Doc back from the 'pool
