Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Back home in the Northamptons. Currently updating my sticker book. Lovely seeing MzG and being 'RichedHL'. As in 'chicked'. Nice little race. Trotted around in 51 something. That will do of now. Pleased my right foot held up.

Nice going all of you.
JK we have chard growing in our garden.....so help yourself while we are away.

Neilio thanks for the summary Neilio and again thanks for you fabulous stewardship of this marvellous thread of ours over the year.

I'm going to reach the end of the year in the next 3 hrs ( 9 pm here)

My final run of the year was on the tread mill......I've discovered one thing worse than the treadmill, the treadmill with cricket on the telly......yawn yawn.

But as I am now as fat as a house due to the over eating I will have a lot of running to do when I get home

I'd missed pretty much all of 2014 with an injury. The comeback was a bit hit and miss to start with:
I did a day here, a day there, I did string together two full weeks, but it just wasn't working.
On March 21st I tried again, not expecting anything much different, but happily everything held together and yesterday I passed 1500 miles for the year. I did 3.57 miles today to finish on a grand total of 1507.2 miles :)

Well done all. :-)

I can't keep pace with the thread :-p
Just sticking my head in to declare on 1824, my biggest yearly total to date and the first solely on sandals :-P

Will be aiming at 1500 next year with 100m per month minimum, progression in yoga, a few nice ultras and lots of ring work*.
