Incredibly proud of you all, especially Tony, who I have the pleasure of running with twice a week, and Foxy, who has braved a course that, frankly, I hated for a good few miles, fifty times! Thanks Kaz for kicking me up the arse towards the end. I was struggling after one lap, but I couldn't complain because you heroes have done it tne times in succession. Enjoy your recovery.
