Hi folks- wish I'd found this thread before the race- thanks anyway to all who were there as helpers, supporters, or general cheerer- uppers- I was near the back, ( 14:35), but enjoyed my day, even though it was my slowest time yet. Recovering well, ( good job too, as I've another race in 2 weeks- oops).
