Boba Another pb for this year, twice at this distance! Ran hard for the first five into the wind, and it paid off for the last five. Really pleased. Cleethorpes AC 1:10:53 1:10:53 1:11:16 62.64
FML No idea what to predict, hopefully go under 1hr 40 mins. having one or two niggles see what happens in 4.5 mile fast run 4/3. Shattered my PB with a 38.51 for 4.5 miles, feeling very confident for Louth. Unofficical time, but totally amazed with the time. Difficult outward run with the strong winds, but felt strong so pushed when the wind wasn't head on. With wind behind pushed from the 6.5 mile mark to beat pb by over 8 minutes!!
