I have eased back into running following some corrective surgery and every run is now a bonus . I work in Marlow and run at lunchtimes for as long as I can get away with .
I live in Buckingham and run round the surrounding countryside mostly for my long
Sunday runs . In an ideal world , I'd like to meet other runners in the Buckingham area
who fancy the occasional weekend run. It gets a bit lonely doing the long runs and there
is a limit to the number of subjects you can talk to yourself about !
