Hi I'm Sally and relative newbie runner starting in March 2008 when my sister inspired me when she ran the marathon and I thought to myself...I can do that too! Did the RFL in July 2008 and then went on to do the Bristol Half Marathon in the Sep. I was lucky enough to get a LM ballot place in 2009 and although training was hard I completed it! Ive continued the running but now have reached the stage that I would like to get quicker than my standard plod pace!
