About Me
My two friends had Breast Cancer and l had the opportunity to take part in a race at Hyde Park and raise money for the Breast Cancer Campaign, however l wanted to RUN 3 miles ( had never run that far in my life before ) and so joined a gym had previously been to a gym 20 years before and assumed l was still quite fit. I stepped onto a treadmill for the very first time and fell in LOVE and after a few weeks of walking l decided to try and run and l did for 2 minutes and was so excited each week l ran for a bit longer and went a bit further. I continued to jog at my own pace and entered various races to motivate me, l still cannot believe how far l have come ,how much l have achieved and not forgetting how much l am enjoying myself even on the days when training feels extremely hard . From 0- 3 miles to the London Marathon , it's hard but oh so worth it.
I'm LIVING IT, LOVING IT & ENJOYING IT .
