After a hiatus, I returned to running in 2012, restarting completely from scratch with lots of walking during the summer, followed by a c210k programme in the autumn, ending the year with substantial weight-loss, regained fitness, stronger running and an unbeatable sense of achievement and well-being. : )
I will always be slow, but I am improving all the time.
My goals for 2013 are: - to run a half-marathon - improve my 10k time
