36 years old, ex smoker, dad to 2 beautiful boys. Took up running in June 2011. Love running and getting outdoors in the mountains.
When I first started running nearly a year ago I couldn't jog 400m without needing gas and air and a defibrillator on standby just in case. Perseverance has paid off though, and now I'm trying to get as many miles under my belt as possible. A natural progression has lead me to take up trail running and hiking. When Snowdonia is your back garden it seems rude not too. One day I hope to be able to train enough to complete a marathon.
