Four Season Winter Marathon: 03:57:52 Pos: 2/33

A very gutsy performance given that I was hanging on from 3 miles and wasn't even inside 4 hour pace.

Today I was having none of it and just got my head down and endured a fair bit of discomfort as I cracked on.

The sub 4 was achieved between 6 to 21 miles and this was a cracking bit of judgement.
