Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.
The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Muddy as most of the course was trail. Made it hard and slippy. To add to that there was mess up with a missing marshal and about 100 people went the wrong way, in that incident we turned back and joined a slow queue for about 3 or 4 mins. My time at 1/2 a mile of mile 2 was at 16 min pace. I managed to get it down to 12 mins but I had to run at 8.30 pace. That took it out of me and with the muddy conditions the best I could do was just over my Brighton time.
To ad to that the last 2 KM was around a obstacle maze that was on muddy grass so didn't stand a chance. On road that was a near 60 min time.
HR doesn't look right either will need to get used to this watch and figure a few things out.
