Had to make a trip back to Suffolk to pick up some things, so why not do the local club race, the Thurlow 10, while I am there, especially as I won it last year. Bit of a change to the course, but basically a hilly multi terrain race, with some slippy off road bits. Struggled a bit in the first 3 miles and the leaders were getting away from me, but once we got back on to the road I cruised past them all and stayed ahead to win it again

Not as quick as last year, but I was sliding about all over the place on the off road bits as I wore the racing flats and a very long hill has been added to the course
