Notes & Comments

The Yorkshire Marathon was a resounding success given all of the health problems I've had over the summer. I tried to match my splits from the Chester Marathon last year and got to half way in almost the same time. However, the last eight miles were incredibly tough as a result of my lack of long runs and I lost eight minutes in the second half compared with my PB. If I can sort out my health troubles hopefully 2014 will see the fabled sub-3:30 marathon!
