Believe it or not this was me hanging back for the first mile and still got there in 5:41 !! Third year of doing this and the whole pack seems to sprint right from the off.
Anyway the 4th mile is the one with the tougher hills and certainly felt it, but happy to beat last years time by 1.5 mins.
Felt it was a good run to get in after the session at Merkland last night.
Good runs by Graeme, Vinny and Robert as well.

Nice one DM, especially on a hot night.
thanks guys. It is a good workout on quite a tough wee route. I think both of you would really enjoy it. Some real fast lads (& lassies) from Edinburgh clubs as well.
