Clydebank 10k - Garmin 6.19 changed to 10k
Got going bit better than last week tho still felt yack between maybe 2k an 4k like having to work hard (mentally?) to convince my body to keep going. Remember thinking at one point that I'd run faster if it was 5km so this isn;t all I've got - GET A MOVE ON
Happy with the splits other than mile 2 lol.
Avg HR was lower than last week lol
10th lady versus 16th last week. Passed I think at least 5 girls from 5km onwards and quite a few guys. One young lad passed me between 4 and 5k, a guy passed strongly on the 2nd lap and another young lad fought me off for a while - but I got him and 3 or 4 others and a girl in the last 400m or so.
