Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.
The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments
Edinburgh to North Berwick. Started a little faster than intended but wasn't sure.
Really bad tummy yesterday to point of proper pain driving home and as said no recovery run in am.
Stitch same as yesterday threatening before even started then there from 10 and really bad from after climb into Dirleton at 17. Managed to 'put it away' and push on in the nice run down into North Berwick.
Slight ache outside left leg top of shin well into 2nd half but think it just went away.... bum from squats sore most of the way LOL....
Proper bad patch running on my own between about 12 and a bit for a mile or so....
Miles 15 - 17 were mostly climbing.
Mile 19 sat behind lass in 4th for a bit deciding if I could pass decisively as she looked like may have something left. 2nd prize as two ahead got older age group prizes!
Split at official 5 miles markers - 36:45?, 1:12:40 (35:55), 1:39:40 (37:00) , 2:16:16 (36:36)
