Sudbury 5 miler 27-49 finished 3rd/4th(has 3rd place trophy :-))
Lucky a few runners who could not run today officially withdrew allowing me enter late. Sudbury is a great local run that everyone comes out to support.
Ive been nursing a tight hamstring since the Colchester Half so decided on a very steady start. A 5-10 first mile is hardly steady but it felt easy, second mile in 5-22 felt easy and things were looking great

From there I started to suffer, the legs were feeling strong but the engine was starting to splutter

The fourth mile in 5-53 was just terrible, hardly uphill either before I gritted my teeth to get home in under 28 minutes.
