Bedford half marathon was hard work, very windy and head wind as well for the first 8 to 9miles. There was a man with a clock at halfway 45.20s so I had to push for home. I felt unusually tired so may need a rest from racing! Well done to Julian Hucknell on his race today.
My splits: 6.46 6.34 6.48 6.55 7.12 7.15 6.38 7.03 6.58 6.28 6.34 6.36 6.49 1.03for 0.16m.

Well done R, I did say this may be one race to many!! Don't bust a gut next week then relax over the holiday after a great year. You'll then be ready to go again in the new year
