Wolverton 5. A bit of a worry doing a race, but the ankle held up quite well, I could always feel it, but it was better than I expected it to be. Started to far back again and it took ages to get a clear run, but felt reasonable for most of it especially considering how much training I have missed in the last month.
Shouldn't take too long to get some form back if the ankle holds up.
A small field, 200ish runners, but the first 45 under 30 minutes! I was 36th in 29:27 chip.

Was a good intimate event and very high quality. Good to see a cat win, even if there was no prize!
Yes, I thought it was OK, maybe go and do the Parkrun one day, not 'til it's warm and sunny though!
Nice running Johnny, it's always a good quality event with some decent runners at the front end. Nice to see you going so fast after the layoff!
Great running john....hope it stays right so you can run without too much pain.
It's getting better mate at last, no reaction to the race yesterday
Be good to see you at a race soon, albeit trailing in behind you...:-)
Maybe at Witham
I may be full of turkey and huge, but i'll be there mate!!
