Amsterdam Half Marathon. Ran at "sensible pace" and felt well within myself (cardio-wise) the whole way round, however, at 12k my legs finally karked it, started cramping and felt heavy as, making the next 9k a nightmare. Good result regardless, though still gutted as to what "might have been".

Amazing time Poots, even more so with the karked legs x How did Sara get on in the marathon?
She did amazing! 4:00:40 or sth and she'd been sick for 2 months with recurrent chest infections and stomach bugs! Brilliant. Martin did good too - 3:41!!
