Ipswich Friday 5.
Didn't run well tonight. Struggled to get my breath back after the long hill in mile 2 and lets not mention *that* hill at the end which I walked up (as did alot of the faster runners as the hill is vertical). Disappointed with my time, but most of the run went ok.
