London Marathon
rt ITB / knee dodgy from word go, but eased off till halfway(ish). stopped for comfort break at 15miles and then couldn't run at all, got massage & help stretching at St J amulance station and walked for next mile or so. then able to run without pain (either help or ibuprofen or coffee gel or combo must've done trick) ran walked rest of way & headed for sub 4:30 but helped fellow runner round to finishas she nearly colapsed infront of me.
All in all a bloody success
