Haweswater Half
Started paceing Rob with the aim of 1:25 but we adjusted this to a PB at about 5 miles as Rob was suffering after a heavy week of training by 8 miles just finish was the aim - which he did though much slower than hoped. I left him at about 8.5 miles to catch up with a Keswick runner who was going fro sub 1:30 and knew he was on for a sub 1:29 with some pushing!
