Strathclyde parkrun - baltic and icy underfoot, body froze up as I went round. Identical time to this weekend last year before heading to the athletics at Kelvinhall. HR strangely low.

Who knows elayne! all I know is my hr struggled to get up to 1/2m effort during a 5k blast and in the 2nd half I froze up and really tightened. maybe I have no speed endurance...
