MS - Sat 5M (40:00) easy, Sun 22M (165:00) slow.
Endurancelife Coastal Trail Series - Dorset.
An incredible event in a spectacular setting. Extraordinary ascents (5098ft in all!) and knee-crunching descents. Pace was entirely dictated by the terrain, starting strong and steady and feeling so through until 20ish miles when the route seemed to take a continued gradual ascent into a headwind for around 4 miles. From here it was a case of focusing on the ground 2m in front of me and switching to auto-pilot. Incedible feeling of elation and emotion once completed. NAILS.
