Little Aston 5, a race I've never done before. Small field and a VERY competitive fun run (poor Brodie). Lots of club vests in main field too, not quite the yummy mummy's type event I was expecting (1st lady 28mins!!). quite enjoyed the 'race atmosphere' and it certainly made me work harder than I would have running in SP. Had a brief little walk during mile 3-4 and then would have run all of 4-5 but found a distressed Brodie in the lane and had to stop with her for a mo. Pleased with my time and a nice little face towel to boot :-) Cavan thoroughly enjoyed it :-)
