East Anglian League 3000m. Was hoping for a better time than that, it certainly doesn't reflect the way I am running in training at the moment.
Was on schedule for a decent time at one mile, but it was a bit too blowy for me to keep the pace up, lost it a bit for the last few laps. Slower than the first 3k of the 5k I did a few weeks ago!
