Potters 'arf.
Absolutely chuffed with this. Plenty of hills- much more than Sheffield which I couldn't run all of olny 4-5 weeks ago. Also, 2 mins faster than Sheff in 2009! Glad to run with bloke and girl for about 4-5 miels from 6-11-really helped the three of us, I think. Atrocious weather= rain and cold/breezy so even more chuffed. Fantastic atmosphere amongst runners and spectators all the same.Training really starting to pay off now. Yippeee!
