Edinburgh Marathon I knew this would be hard with not enough training. decided I could always drop out at about 9 miles if going bad. The going was good until the turning point into the head wind about 17.5 and at 18.5 reduced to a walk but picked up again at 19 it was a case of head down and run when possible. Glad Dave was there to meet me as the finish was awlful and the long walk to the buses was dreadful.

Thank you for you're comments came home a day late due to a fall cut head and may have fractured wrist, what a pain, spent 2 hours in A&E Edinburgh they were wonderful. RBH rubish spent about £4 getting nowhere, had to drive there to get an appiontment.
I hope you are ok Nikki, that was not a good weekend for lots of reasons. Enjoyed the company of the Reading Joiggers thoug.h
