Woodley 10k - a shiny new pb, 45 seconds faster than Shinfield but felt a gazillion times better. I may have actually been smiling for the first 8k!! It got hard towards the end and I had to rush straight off to the toilets for fear of vomiting in public :-o
Extremely happy. Will stop the treadmill sessions for a bit now to give my broken and knackered legs a chance to recover and hang up (ish) my racing shoes for the summer. Looking forward to a few triathlons now to keep up the fitness - scary
