Bideford 10k. With yesterdays race still firmly in my legs, my only goal was to get as close to the days before time as I could...22 secs off...not bad! Ankle even stiffer today, can't wait till that's sorted itself out.

It has been brought to my attention that my fetch log is being used to track my whereabouts. I write notes next to my training to help me remember my sessions, although I know they may be read by others, I only write them for my own benefit. I have been using fetch for over a year and not had this problem until now, I don't want to have to delete my account as it forms a big part of my training....but if this continues I will do so. (sorry to anyone who just reads my logs out of interest, I welcome that)
