felt like shite,looked like shite,performed shite!!
didn't race it as i couldn't through lack of energy(refer to warmup)!
thought i could run at 7mm untill half way but that didn't happen so decided after mile 2 to just get round holing 8-8.30mm(didn't happen either)!
was sick by mile 6 and continued on from there and got gradually worse and became quite dizzy in the later stages as i'm sure i also had frostbite in my wee fingers!!:(
