Actual: Great fun, Ken did really well, negative split and finishing ver strongly. Perfect weather, wind not too strong, rain held off. Great atmosphere and brilliantly organised by Forar Road Runners, stovies in pub and a pint. And an apple crumble and custard was tops! lovely going up with Spiced Apple, remoh and JammyLu. Good craic in pub with Baza, keyring, loads of Harmeny buddies and more. Good day out! :-)G
