Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.
The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Factors against: Got lost & barely made the start line ( minutes to spare). Think this affected mind-set and not enough time to warm up.
Factors for: Nice lady at stadium gave step-by-step directions on phone & even nicer lady gave us a lift to start line otherwise would have definately missed start. Still knocked off 2:36mins off previous 10k.

V - your training shows PACE ZONE how do you do that>???? mine only gives me splits mile 1 = 8 .5 min mile , mile 2 = 9 min mile etc and heart rate zones - but not the pace zone! i even rang garmin they said not possible on any garmin so is it something set up in your settings on here??
It appears after I upload everything from my 110. I don't know whether its anything to do with the way data is uploaded. Fetch still can't upload like other Garmins, & have a long-winded way of doing it. I have to 'browse' for data, then upload.
