Reading Half. Small pb! Struggled for the first half, 1.45 pacer man flew past me up first hill and had to work so hard to keep with him. Got pins and needles and numb feet going through university and thought I was in for a shocker. Got through town ok and the miles seemed to be passing quite quickly. Just after Prospect Park I realised I wasn't doing as bad as I had feared and that if I dug in I could do well. I really felt quite strong and got into the zone and the 3 last miles were my fastest 3 miles, quite unlike me. So happy as wasn't expecting such a good run!!!

oh yeah!! You were flying!!
Congratulations on your 'not so small' pb, they all count. Also well done on the strong finish, that's down to all the training you've put in so well deserved Katy.
Well done every second counts. How did your'e Mum do Caroline and I were with her at the start.
What a fantastic time! Well done
