Lliswerry 8. Big improvement on last year's time. Pace fell away slightly during pace, but all splits under 7 minute mile pace, and considering the injury to right knee, extremely pleased with time. Above all else, a fantastic turn out by the club, with Steve P winning race, men winning team race and Rocket Ron winning in V60 category, and several PBs for other members, oh and big bite to eat and a sherbet in a pub on the way home.
