Barrhead 10K. Really surprised by how fast this was. Worked hard the whole way.
1) - 0.62m - 5:34(8:58/m) - 154bpm avge - 165bpm max. First k was round the park and into road. Felt comfortable and, as usual, had to make sure I didn't go off to fast.
2) - 0.62m - 6:02(9:44/m) - 156bpm avge - 162bpm max. Second k was flat to start and then started to go uphill. Worked hard and tried to keep a reasonable pace.
3) - 0.62m - 6:21(10:15/m) - 161bpm avge - 167bpm max. All up hill. Had to work really hard to keep it at even this pace.
4) - 0.62m - 5:43(9:13/m) - 159bpm avge - 165bpm max. Generally still uphill but more undulating. Eased off a bit in the downhill sections.
5) - 0.62m - 6:15(10:05/m) - 157bpm avge - 166bpm max. Nasty uphill followed by more undulations. Still felt strong but walked a little bit uphill.
6) - 0.62m - 5:28(8:48/m) - 153bpm avge - 159bpm max. Undulating. Took advantage to increase my pace on downhill sections.
7) - 0.62m - 5:03(8:09/m) - 157bpm avge - 167bpm max. Mostly downhill. Pushed on hard at a good pace.
8) - 0.62m - 6:08(9:54/m) - 158bpm avge - 164bpm max. Last uphill sections. Walked 100m or so on uphill section.
9) - 0.62m - 4:54(7:55/m) - 166bpm avge - 177bpm max. Downhill

Kicked on as fast as I thought my legs could cope with looking for a strong finish.
10) - 0.62m - 5:04(8:10/m) - 171bpm avge - 184bpm max. Downhill and then flat to finish. Good strong finish crossing the line quicker than I expected.
