*Classic Freckleton Half Marathon* Cool day, later rather hot; set off too fast and had to run/walk last few miles; great atmosphere; post race, sugary tea, little cake bites and a snickers; later, rego and burger meal at MacD's; points to think about - hunger mid race (1st ever afternoon race), low sugar/salt levels mid race, hydration, setting off speed; overall, a great day out, despite PW
