preparation was great upto the week of the marathon and i was just so busy with work and home felt i may have damaged my chances of a PB. Started the race felling ok but not great and just got some miles out the way, pace was a little quick for a few miles but settled well and was going well at half way then by 15 -16 started to fell tired and pace slowed but i was on for a pb so kept the pace giong was gutted to see the clock a few seconds over 3.30 but please with a PB.
