Started just after official start, cos I'd done 2 laps and was just arriving as they were setting off. Stop, save, start Garmin again! Lovely out, threatening drizzle but mild and no wind. There was a triathlon and aquathon event going on and was great to see swims starting from the beach and music and announcer from Scurry events. Out parkrun route was on their run route, but all went fine, no clashes. I went out on padleboard after and cheered the swimmers from the water! Run felt fine, great to see lots of pals. Inc many from Dunfermline as they were off for some reason. So we were double the normal numbers! And Donald and Elaine from Harmeny, I'd for gotten he'd had prostate cancer. Seemed well though. And Norma's husband Martin died 6 months ago. Felt bad that I didn't know or remember both those things. Anyhoo, lovely morning. All before 12!
