Stephen Williams 10k. Undulating country route. Uncomfortably warm again. Tried to stay in the shade as much as possible though some parts of the course were completely exposed with no shade. Found it hard to keep going - really wanted to walk on a couple of occasions.
Glad I managed to keep going though I was slow.
