Normal lunch time run. At normal lunch time actually! Exactly same pace as Tuesday. Which Fetch told me was 2nd fastest of 20 or something. So, might feel slow and ploddy, but actually maybe a bit of fitness returning. Right achilles not too sore. Less lethargic today too. Happy runner!
