Easy Effort Run
Didn't sleep great due to three cats wanting to lie next to or on top of me. Legs felt ok when starting, if a bit tired. A very cold northerly breeze.
Kept effort easy throughout. HR rose on a couple of hills for a short time, especially up the hill towards University Road and Peace Walk.
Legs felt good throughout. Second half easier than first half as a cold headwind going down London Road.
