Was in London yesterday for a very boozy day and didn’t sleep well so unsure if I’d make it or fancy it today. So pleased that I did get out as it was a great run at a decent pace and felt good. Very happy with this and hamstrings were fine. It was slippery with frost and tiny bit of ice in places but ok when sticking to clear sections.
